The oil-mist separator eliminates messy oil leaks caused by excess liquid in the system or oil leaking from flex-hoses connected to the machinery.

Slowed air and a series of coned screens enable the oil-mist separator to provide effective “in-line” separation (condensation) of mist thereby removing high volumes of hard to contain, hard to filter “effluent” before it enters the collection system.

The collected liquid is then drained directly to the mist producing unit. This effectively reduces system leaks, increases filter media life, reduces maintenance problems and increases effective suction.

The oil-mist separators are a simple but effective solution for managing high volumes of mist. They are not designed as a substitute for a collector/filter nor is any representation made or inferred as to a percentage of collection / filtration.
